If you are not satisfied with any of the services, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will connect you as soon as possible.
1. If you’re not satisfied with any of our service, simply send an email to email@example.com and we will reach out to you at the earliest, during our normal business hours. We are not responsible for any consequences where there was a delay on your part in sending the information if asked.
2. Since we’re dedicating time and effort to facilitating your services, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Moral Web Hub – not changes to your situation or your state of mind.
You understand that other than as required by applicable rules, you shall have no right to cancel, request a cash refund or obtain credit for any undelivered order after 30 days have elapsed from the purchase date unless Moral Web Hub is at fault. All itemization of fees are displayed for convenience only. Delivered orders shall be governed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Abandoned orders will result in liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to Moral Web Hub for reimbursement of our commitment to service this order.
